In the Christmas season of 2024, the Zurich Bahnhofstrasse Association once again brings extra magic to Zurich’s most famous shopping street: A Touch of Lucy, a walkable crystal installation, invites visitors to marvel and linger. This unique attraction on Züghusplatz allows visitors to immerse themselves in a sparkling world and experience the magic of the Christmas lights on Bahnhofstrasse up close.

The installation was created in collaboration with Aroma AG and features the color scheme of the Pantone Color of the Year 2023, Viva Magenta. From the outside, the crystal shines with a faceted structure, offering passersby interesting insights into the history of the “Lucy” Christmas lights and the initiatives of the Zurich Bahnhofstrasse Association. Once inside the crystal, visitors find themselves in an almost endless space of shimmering Lucy crystals that captivatingly reflect the glitter and sparkle of the Christmas lights.

A Touch of Lucy can be admired from November 21, 2024, to January 6, 2025, on Züghusplatz in Zurich. The installation is open daily from dusk until midnight, offering both locals and tourists a special way to experience the Christmas spirit on Bahnhofstrasse more intensely.
